As design enhancements are ongoing, specifications and prices are subject to change and should be confirmed at
the time of order placement.
Terms and Shipping
Open Account terms are Net Thirty Days, FOB Salisbury, Maryland. Please provide credit information
if you are not on Open Account with RelComm Technologies. Orders will be shipped via United Parcel
Service unless otherwise specified.
Warranty
RelComm Technologies, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship
for a period of two (2) years. This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product
after being returned "freight pre-paid" to our factory, RelComm Technologies, Inc. determining that the
product is defective. Returned products will not be accepted unless the factory has been contacted in
advance and a "Return Material Authorization" (RMA) number has been issued. This Warranty is exclusive
and in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness
of a particular purpose.
Non-warranty Repairs
Repair or upgrade service may be performed based on current material and time-estimated charges. A Return
Material Authorization number will be required in advance of products being returned.
