Warranty RelComm Technologies, Inc. warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of two (2) years. This Warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the product after being returned "freight pre-paid" to our factory, RelComm Technologies, Inc. determining that the product is defective. Returned products will not be accepted unless the factory has been contacted in advance and a "Return Material Authorization" (RMA) number has been issued. This Warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness of a particular purpose. Non-warranty Repairs Repair or upgrade service may be performed based on current material and time-estimated charges. A Return Material Authorization number will be required in advance of products being returned.
